My goals in the domains of baking and cooking are to get to some, if not all four, of these in the coming week:
- Chocolate peanut butter cup cookies
- Broccoli pizza
- Flapjacks (not the pancake kind, I learned)
- Oat bars (with a gooey, jam middle)
We baked the oat bars yesterday. Less than 24 hours later, more than 3/4 gone.
